The notification about the information of the official web-site of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy.

Dear Users!

Before you use the information, placed on the official web-site of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy, please, read the requirements of the present notification.

If you use the information of the official web-site of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy it is considered that you agree with the requirements presented below:

  1. One can use the information (texts, graphics, audiovisual information and other), placed on the web-site of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy (hereafter referred to as «Web-site») only if all the requirements of the present Notification are met.
  2. The information, placed on the Web-site, can be used only for non-commercial purposes (personal, fact-finding, educational, scientific, etc.).
    It is forbidden to use this information for any commercial purposes, including (but not limiting) making copies of such information if it is paid for, using the information of the Web-site at the commercial presentations or providing a paid access to this information by any other means.
  3. Copying of the information, placed on the Web-site (as well as quoting of some information or messages specified in the information sections of the Web-site in mass media) is allowed only if there is specified a link to the source of this information (in the Internet there should be hyperlinks to the corresponding web-page with a unique web address).
    Making any changes, additions or falsifications in the copies (quotations) of the information is not allowed.
  4. Information resources, that are available on the web-site, are in the state property of the Russian Federation, unless other requirements about information, informatization and information protection provided for by law. These information resources are open for viewing and are not considered to be private so they don?t need to be protected according to the laws about National Security Information.
  5. If the user clicks on the hyperlink placed on the Web-site and goes to the information resources of other organizations, he leaves the Web-site.
    The Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy is not responsible for the validity of the information of other organizations? web-sites, it is not responsible for updating and refreshment of the corresponding information either.
  6. The design and the structure of the web-site?s pages as well as their elements which are protected according to the copyright and intellectual (industrial) property laws and regulations of the Russian Federation cannot be reproduced (copied or imitated) in their full extent or only partially for creating any new informational projects on their base for any other purposes, violating the specified laws.
    Pictures, graphics, audio or visual information cannot be copied for placing on other web-sites (web-pages) or for distribution by means of copying it on the paper or magnetic media without a permission of the Centre of Public relations of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy.
  7. The Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy is not responsible for any ill effects of using the information, placed on the web-site. The information, placed on the web-site, is to be periodically refreshed.
    It can contain printing or other mistakes; however they are to be corrected as soon as they are found out.
  8. If there is an information exchange with senders of messages through the web-service of the web-site the rules of web documents flow in the federal bodies of executive power ratified by the Russian Federation Government are to be applied.
  9. Web-messages, placed in the information sections (web-services) of the Web-site can be deleted without any prior notification.
  10. Those persons or entities who want to place a hyperlink to their web-site (or to their separate web-pages) for the purpose of using it as an element of the information (conceptual) structure of their web-site (for example: in a catalogue, involving the text reconstruction in the form of an independent subject column, etc.), as well as in the form of a graphic link (banner), must notify the Centre of Public relations of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy.

If one places graphic links (banners) he can use only graphic elements, provided by the press-service of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy after a certain inquiry.

  1. Persons (entities) who placed their hyperlinks on the Web-site for the purposes specified in paragraph 10:
    __have no right to change the standard look of the browser, limit or modify the presentation of the Web-site contents by any means;
    __have no right to place invalid information, connected with placing of the hyperlink on the Web-site;
    __have no right to place information or any other materials violating the Web-site functioning purposes and principles on the web-pages containing hyperlinks to the Web-site;
  2. Those who visit the Web-site are to follow other requirements (not specified in the present Notification) of the Russian Federation laws and regulations about the state information resources.
  3. Those who violate the requirements of the present Notification, bear civil, administrative and criminal responsibility, according to the Russian Federation laws and regulations.
  4. The text and the conditions of the present Notification can be changed or modified without any prior notification..
    Use of the information placed on the Web-site must meet the requirements of the Notification edition that is valid on the moment of visiting the Web-site.
    At the moment the Notification is valid in the edition of December 28, 2002.
  5. The questions concerning the system of using the information placed on the Web-site or conditions of the present Notification can be addressed to the Centre of Public Relations of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy.
